Overturning The Vote Of Sovereign People Is Unacceptable

It has never been easy to keep the "sovereign" responsive to the will of the people.

There always seem to be those who will find a way to appoint themselves as the next higher authority, whether it be by dint of royal blood or at the point of a sword or merely by shouting the loudest and the longest.

The idea that a small "group" of dissatisfied "citizens" (with or without the aid of outside forces) can find a way to overturn a binding vote of a sovereign people is repugnant.

In the end, it will be up to the people to enforce their will or accept subjugation and loss of self-determination.
